At Blue Billboard, We Believe That Businesses Deserve Big Results.
Founded by friends Justin Howard and David Godding in 2020, Blue Billboard’s mission is to provide highly effective, affordable advertising to businesses across the South Coast. We started with just two screens in West Sussex. Since then, our network had grown incredibly quickly, and our screens now reach an audience of over 7 million impressions every month.
We’re a friendly company based in Sussex – near the city of Brighton and Hove. With years of experience in software consulting, construction, and sales, our high-quality, AI enabled digital signage solutions are helping local businesses to realise their potential.

Our Team
Justin Howard
Co Founder & Technical Director
Justin is an experienced senior software engineer with over 15 years’ experience in software development and quality assurance across a variety of industries. He was also a DJ in the Brighton club scene for over 20 years and worked as a gliding instructor with the RAF Air Cadets. When he’s not at work, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and two children in East Preston and indulging his love of all things aviation – even working towards gaining his private pilot’s licence.
Scott Leslie
Creative Director
Scott has a background of influencer marketing, with expertise of campaign management, content strategy & delivery. He also plays semi-professional football on his weekends, when he’s not with his pug Bolt.
Louis Boyle
Partnerships Director
Louis Boyle is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in the financial services industry. He has honed his skills in customer service, sales, and team leadership, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence in every role he undertakes. Louis’s academic foundation includes studies at the University of Essex, where he developed a solid understanding of business principles. His passion for continuous learning and professional growth is evident in his proactive approach to embracing new challenges and opportunities.
David Godding
Co Founder & Infrastructure Director
Having worked as a construction manager in the building trade for over 20 years, David has unrivalled experience in installing our hardware to an extremely high standard. In his spare time, he is also a DJ in Brighton, having been one of the residents of the famous Honey Club. David also enjoys swimming and running, and spending time with his daughter.

Although HD Tribe has offices across the local area, we don’t have an office in Worthing town centre. So when the Blue Billboard screens in the Guildbourne Centre arrived we jumped at the chance to be on them.
