What is Digital Out of Home advertising?

Digital Out of Home (DOOH) advertising refers to digital adverts displayed on screens in physical public spaces. Unlike traditional billboards, DOOH allows brands to run dynamic campaigns across a network of screens and update messaging instantly.

At Blue Billboard, our screens are placed in high footfall environments such as gyms and shopping centres. This allows brands to reach audiences in moments where they are engaged, present, and more receptive to messaging.

Campaigns can be targeted geographically, meaning advertisers can run different messages in different towns or regions within the same campaign.

How do you measure impressions?

We measure impressions using a combination of technologies including Blue Zoo sensors, Admobilize analytics, and internal measurement tools used by our venue partners such as shopping centres.

These systems analyse footfall and audience presence around our screens to estimate how many people have the opportunity to view each advert. In gym environments, we can also use membership and check in data to provide additional audience insights.

All impression data is independently verified on a biweekly basis to ensure accuracy and reliability.
